Ces has been in sales for almost half of her life. After working for different industries such as hotel, direct selling, and life insurance, she was led to a career in real estate. It was in this career that she has stayed the longest and stayed loyal to the company she’s in. She started her real estate career with Ayala Land handling and selling Ayala Land Premier projects for 2 years. Now, she is part of Ayala Land International Sales Inc. that has opened up a wider market and greater opportunities for her career.
In 2002, Hazel started her career in Real Estate. In 2003, she received her license and worked as a broker selling LPHI properties. She also joined Community Innovations Inc that same year until mid-2005. In September 2005 she joined Ayala Land International Sales and is currently the Regional Leader for Atlantic Group of Ayala Land International Sales Inc. She has garnered awards in the company including a hall of fame award in 2009 for being a top grosser in 3 consecutive years.

Regina “Reggie” Clemente was a working student back in her college days. She first learned about customer service while working as a service crew for a popular fast food chain and a fine dining restaurant. Saudi Arabia
Alex Encarnacion started his career in selling encyclopedias in the mid 90’s. He refined his selling skills in the European cars industry. In 2004, he entered the Real Estate Industry, specifically with Ayala Land, the most trusted real estate company in the Philippines. After four years in the business, he was awarded the Top Producer of 2008 of Ayala Land International Sales, Inc.
For almost 11 years, Edgar worked for Phil. Appliance Corp. He decided to work abroad at Hamad Alessa Corp. Riyadh KSA for almost 6 years. He started his real estate career at Filinvest Land Inc. After 1 year, he joined the Laguna Property Holdings (LPHI), now Avida Land Corp. Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI), discovered him and invited him to join as one of the Channel Development Consultants to handle the Middle East, focusing on KSA. For his great sales effort, he became the 2009 Top Producer for Local and Foreign Sales of ALISI.
After college, Leejay started working for Citibank handling unsecured loan accounts and clients’ concerns. By February of 2006 due to economic reasons, he decided to change field and enter the world of sales through the only and most reputable real estate company in the land, The Ayala Land Inc. Within the last 3 years of affiliation, Leejay stooped up and produced the numbers that he was expected of.
Roy Tan graduated in 2008 with the degree of BS Nursing. He started working for a traveling agency and a franchising firm. In January 2010, he became one of the newest member to a team of very motivated and highly specialized property specialists that focus on the OFW market and particular territories such as KSA to better serve our fellow Filipino and promote the projects of Ayala Land.
