Phase 1 to 3
Ayala Westgrove Heights offers for Phases 1 to 3 is a total land area of 112 hectares, an average size of 550 SQM, lot sizes from 376 SQM to 1,006 SQM and a base price of Php 9,300 for the village lots*
Phase 4 to 5
For Phases 4 to 5, it has a total land area of 40 hectares, an average size of 375 SQM, lot size range of 309 to 600 SQM at a base price of Php 10,300 as prime lots*
Phase 6 – Ridgewood
Has a total land area of 19.4 hectares, an average size of 335 SQM, lot size ranging from 308 SQM to 500 SQM which sells at a base price of Php 10,300 as prime lots*
Phase 7 – Parkwood
Parkwood – Phase 7A was launched in October 2005 while Phase 7B was launched in January 2006. It is the only phase in Ayala Westgrove Heights so far that is bounded by green and open spaces. There are also particular lots that are designed to have access to these open spaces.
Phase 8 – Greenwood
Greenwood Phase has 139 total number of lots. 51 lots are located in Phase 8A that was launched in May 2006 which had a quick take-up of almost 70%. The other 29 lots are in Phase 8B launched in June 2006. Greenwood Phase features the Greenwood Prime lots in which lot owners of the Greenwood Prime lots are entitled to an additional area of 150 sq. m. for limited use.
Phase 9 – The Orchard
