The Beauty of Cove Lighting

Aside from aesthetic purposes, installing cove lights on your ceiling provides benefits you may not be aware of. Sure, they look complicated at times, but the drama and advantages the homeowners can have is worth the extra pesos to have them installed.

Here's the reason why.

You get enough light source without create a blinding glare to your eyes. Since the light bounces from the source to the ceiling, cove lighting is basically a type of indirect illumination in your home.
Watching the television can be a better experience. If you are using ordinary light on your ceiling, they may create a strong light reflecting that highly affect your viewing experience.
Installing cove lights provides cooler temperature. Light is not direct and room temperature can be relatively lower.
The space would look more sophisticated and glamorous.
It can be an avenue for you to add colors and depth to your house. Instead of plainly looking flat and boxed, you can play with shapes of elongated, rounded or even waves.
Sets a better mood inside the living room. Depending on your preference, you can place white or warm yellow lights. I personally prefer warm yellow lights. They are easy on the eye and make you feel more relaxed.
Having cove lights is a better way to highlight certain corners or space in your space.

No else comes close when it comes to installing cove light installed on your ceiling. The drama they bring and the sense of calmness surrounding is something ordinary lighting can never achieve.
