Alveo Land Corp recently unveiled its modern and cosmopolitan selection of houses at Marquee Place.

There are five designs you can choose from, all inspired by the clean and sleek style of western contemporary architecture. The facades are done in classic neutral colors, accented by columns of natural stone and glass window panels.

All interiors have an open plan at the ground floor, giving you a sweeping view of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Extensive use of glass windows provide you with wide views of the sprawling greenery of Marquee Place. The available floor areas range from 188 sq.m. to 248 sq.m.-giving you choices that suit your lifestyle.

Meanwhile, the concreting of roads and installation of utilities has now moved on to Phase 2 after finishing in Phase 1. The construction of the Social Zone, which includes the main clubhouse, function rooms, multi-purpose area and lap pool, is already underway, beginning with the structural construction of the clubhouse. Other amenities will include the jogging trails meandering through the development's lush greenery and the Sports Pod, featuring an open playing field, exercise station, and covered badminton and basketball courts.
